1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how The Yong Trades (“The Yong Trades,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit theyongtrades.com, create or use an account, subscribe to a trading pass or trial, access dashboards and related tools, receive alerts or communications, contact support, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third-party websites, brokers, exchanges, charting services, mobile platforms, payment processors, or other services that may be linked to or integrated with the Services. Their own privacy notices apply to their handling of information.
2. Information We May Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account and profile information, such as your name, username, email address, password or authentication credentials, account status, and preferences.
Subscription and transaction information, such as the plan or pass selected, purchase date, payment status, billing details, refunds, and transaction identifiers. Payment card information should be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment processor rather than stored by The Yong Trades, except where expressly disclosed.
Support and communication information, including messages, attachments, feedback, survey responses, and records of communications with us.
Watchlist, dashboard, alert, chart, scoring, layout, and notification preferences that you choose to save.
Paper-trading and simulated-trade information, including hypothetical entries, exits, position sizes, stop-loss settings, and results.
Any other information you voluntarily submit through the Services.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, time zone, screen size, and general device configuration.
Usage and log information, such as pages viewed, features opened, buttons selected, searches, watchlists used, alert interactions, session times, referring pages, crash reports, and diagnostic events.
Approximate location inferred from an IP address. We do not intend to collect precise geolocation unless a feature clearly requests it and you provide permission.
Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, performance, analytics, and—only where disclosed and permitted—marketing.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
Payment processors may provide payment confirmation, subscription status, limited billing details, fraud indicators, and transaction identifiers.
Authentication, hosting, analytics, email, SMS, push-notification, customer-support, charting, and market-data providers may provide information needed to operate or secure the Services.
Publicly available or commercially licensed market and reference data may be used to provide trading-related features.

Create, authenticate, administer, activate, and secure user accounts.
Provide dashboards, market views, watchlists, alerts, paper-trading tools, historical signal reviews, scoring systems, and other requested features.
Process subscriptions, trials, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account entitlements.
Send service messages, including account activation notices, security alerts, billing communications, support replies, and changes to the Services or policies.
Deliver email, desktop, browser, mobile, or other alerts according to user settings and device permissions.
Remember preferences and personalize the organization and presentation of the Services.
Monitor performance, diagnose errors, maintain availability, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, and protect users and the Services.
Analyze aggregate usage, improve existing features, develop new features, and understand service demand.
Comply with law, enforce agreements, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights, safety, and property.
Send promotional communications where permitted by law and provide an opt-out mechanism.
4. How We May Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers and contractors. We may share information with companies that perform hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, communications, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, market-data, and similar functions for us. We may use strictly necessary technologies to keep users signed in, secure accounts, remember settings, balance traffic, and prevent fraud. 6. Payments
Payments may be processed by one or more third-party payment providers. The payment provider’s privacy notice and terms govern its handling of payment credentials. The Yong Trades may receive limited information such as billing name, billing address, card brand, last four digits, transaction status, and payment or subscription identifiers, depending on the provider and implementation.
7. Communications and Alert Preferences
You may manage certain alerts through account, browser, device, mobile-app, or operating-system settings. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. Even after opting out of marketing, we may continue sending non-promotional communications required to operate your account, process transactions, address security matters, or provide requested support.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type. The Yong Trades should establish and document specific retention schedules for account records, support messages, payment records, logs, paper-trading histories, alert histories, backups, and deletion requests before publication.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission, storage, or authentication is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, using unique credentials, securing their devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request.

Where required, we will provide one or more additional secure request methods and instructions for appealing a denied request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification requirements.
11. Texas Residents
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, subject to the law’s scope, exemptions, and exceptions. These may include rights to confirm whether personal data is processed, access data, correct inaccuracies, delete certain data, obtain portable data, and opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Requests may be submitted using the contact method above. The Yong Trades should confirm whether it is a covered controller, a small business, or otherwise exempt and configure its notice and request process accordingly.
12. California and Other U.S. State Notices
Residents of California and other states may have additional privacy rights. The specific disclosures and opt-out mechanisms required depend on the Services’ actual practices, revenue, data volumes, advertising activity, and statutory thresholds. Before publication, The Yong Trades should determine which state laws apply and add any required category tables, “Notice at Collection,” sensitive-data disclosures, opt-out links, appeal procedures, or universal opt-out signal processing.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us at the address below. The Yong Trades may set a higher minimum age in its Terms based on the financial nature of the Services and applicable law.
14. International Users and Data Transfers
The Services may be operated from and supported in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. The Yong Trades should add any jurisdiction-specific transfer mechanism or representative information required for markets it intentionally serves.

The Services may link to or embed third-party charts, exchanges, brokers, data feeds, social platforms, payment tools, or other resources. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information or connecting an account.
