They do not promise that price will move in a particular direction or that a trade will be profitable.
4. Custom Scores, Rankings, and Multi-Timeframe Analysis
The Yong Trades may display proprietary or customized scores for multiple trading styles and horizons, including scalp, intraday, swing, extended intraday, and extended swing views. Scores and rankings reflect selected inputs, formulas, weighting methods, available timeframes, and freshness rules. Different settings, symbols, venues, data sources, or market conditions may produce materially different results.
Multi-timeframe dashboards and chart panels may display up to twelve or more timeframes. Agreement among several timeframes does not eliminate risk, confirm future performance, or establish a statistically reliable probability of success unless a specific validated study is separately provided with its methodology and limitations.
5. Real-Time Data, Alerts, and Technology Limitations
References to “real-time,” “live,” or “24/7” describe the intended operating mode of particular features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or latency-free delivery. Market data and notifications can be affected by exchange rules, vendor entitlements, internet or mobile connectivity, browser settings, device sleep modes, operating-system restrictions, server load, maintenance, symbol mapping, third-party outages, and other technical conditions.
Users should never rely on The Yong Trades as their only source of price, order status, risk monitoring, or account information. Before entering, modifying, or closing a transaction, users should independently verify current prices, spreads, liquidity, trading status, contract specifications, expiration dates, fees, and order details through their broker, exchange, or other authoritative source.
